AEDP is an experiential therapy, meaning that one of the aims is to experience something in the session, rather than only think or talk about experiences. This approach focuses on emotional processing, somatic tracking (what is happening in your body?), and the therapeutic relationship. One of the primary goals of AEDP is to “undo aloneness.” I am AEDP Level 1 and in the process of completing my Level 2 training.

I charge $150 for individuals and $165 for couples. I have limited availability for sliding scale pricing. I am happy to talk with you about a price that you could afford for therapy.
At this time I do not accept insurance but can provide a superbill to be submitted to your insurance.

I offer in-person therapy in an office I love with a beautiful view. AND I think virtual therapy is actually remarkable. If you have never tried it, I think you will be surprised at how attuned and connected we can be sharing emotional experiences even across the state. I recommend being in a quiet, still space (not a moving vehicle) during sessions where you can slow down into the moment and we can see one anothers’ faces.

In our first session I will tell you that I am not here to judge you and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Therapy with me is open, honest, genuine and caring. It is important to me that my clients know that I see the best in them and that I have space and openness for anything that they want to talk about. I honor my clients as whole people with complicated histories, overwhelming emotions and a core of genuine goodness.
